The Spark of Roll with Me

Roll With Me was born from a personal journey. In 2014, I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, and as I lost mobility, I experienced firsthand the challenges of accessibility. My world became smaller, and at times I felt invisible. Yet I remained the same person, with the same love for life, family, friends, and fun. This realization fueled my desire to create spaces where everyone is seen, heard, and truly welcome.

Living the Experience

I have walked, and now I roll — and that journey has reshaped not only how I move through the world, but how I work to change it. My disability does not limit me; a lack of accessibility does. As a business owner, non-profit founder, and accessibility advocate, I use my lived experience to help turn barriers into possibilities. I drive with hand controls, travel, surf, and have even rappelled down the tallest office building in Halifax, Nova Scotia in my wheelchair — reminders that life can be expansive when inclusion is intentional.

Through Roll with Me, I lead with heart, lived experience, and a deep belief that accessibility is not just about removing obstacles — it’s about creating spaces where everyone feels seen, supported, and able to fully participate.

"Roll with Me embodies compassion, responsibility, and creativity, making accessibility not just a requirement, but an inclusive experience."
